Visits to the school are by appointment
Would you like to meet the Chairperson in person? Every visit is booked ahead, so your meeting is confirmed before you come.
Visits are booked in the school's KVA Scholar app:
- 1Install the free KVA Scholar app.
- 2Open it, tap “Visitor? Book a visit” and choose Nilima Begam (Chairperson), the purpose of your visit, the date and the time. Then tap “Send request”.
- 3You get a notification when your visit is approved. On the day, show the pass from “My passes” and a photo ID at the gate.
Visiting hours depend on the purpose of your visit, and the app offers only open times. No smartphone? The security guard at the gate can book the visit for you.
