Day - I
Morning Assembly : All the students have done yoga in the assembly, the staff members have also participated in the programme.
Activity conducted on Fitness and Nutrition the students prepared a chart on healthy food and given description on healthy food items and its benefit.
Day - II
During assembly time the students and teachers have done free-hand exercise. There was also a lecture on Fitness by the sports teacher, Chandan Rana.
Day - III
Fitness assessment was conducted on the basis of age group like 5 to 8 BMI. Plate Tapping, Flamingo Balance & for age group 9 to 18, partial curl up, push up for girls, modified push up etc. There was also poster making competition for students on theme Fit Body, Fit Mind.
Day - IV
A dance programme and Aerobics was conducted as a physical activities by the students. There was also Essay writing competition for the students, the topic was on Fit India School.
Day - V
There was quiz for the students on Fitness & sports.
Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise and sufficient rest.
